Instructions for Linking to Scuba Spots
Scuba Spot's goal is to provide scuba divers with the most comprehensive information on scuba businesses worldwide. To do this effectively we rank listings for a given location in a certain way. Because we seek to provide the consumer with the most information possible, we list all of the Enhanced Listings next due to the fact that they all contain a written description of the company's services. Then all of the Basic Listings are displayed.
Within the groups of Special Spot, Enhanced, and Basic Listings, we rank the listings based on the number of "votes" they have recieved. In order for your listing to receive votes, you must include a Scuba Spots banner on your web site (we recommend one of those from the list below - all of which indicate that you can vote by clicking the banner on your web site.) Each time a visitor clicks on the banner, a vote is registered for your listing. Listings with the most votes are ranked first within Scuba Spots.
NOTE: Any individual, business, or group that is found to be inflating their vote count by any means is subject to immediate black listing on Scuba Spots. This includes repeatedly clicking a banner, the use of any type of automatic refresh or redirect, use of spiders, robots, or crawlers, or any other method that results in artificially increasing the number of votes for a business. Scuba Spots will have the final word here. Generally the consequence involves removing all contact information from the business listing as well as the link to the business website (leaving only the name of the business listed in the directory). Don't abuse the system - it simply isn't worth the consequences...
Choose a Scuba Spots banner to add to your web site from the list below. Simply right-click with your mouse and save the image to your computer. The link from your website should point to:

Each time someone clicks on the banner your listing will be credited with 1 vote.
